New healthy habits - Just 5 mins

Three Pillars of Health is my new company launched in May 2022 after taking part in a clinical trial for cancer support. On this trial I supported eight participants with breast cancer over zoom with physical activity, nutritional and emotional support. Three Pillars grew from the effectiveness of addressing all three aspects of wellbeing: MOVE WELL, EAT WELL and LIVE WELL.


Start your new habit today and make all the difference to your physical and mental wellbeing. Motivation can be very hard to come by and time is the biggest blocker so my suggestion is for you to block out 5-10 minutes a day for a new healthy habit of your choice. I will be starting with MOVE WELL and a series of five videos showing one exercise in each video to help you get stronger quicker. They can be done individually or as a whole body work out .
