THREE PILLARS OF HEALTH was established in Goring-on-Thames in 2022 by Vanessa Mansergh after a year supporting those with breast cancer on a clinical trial called SafeFit with exercise (move well), nutrition (eat well) and emotional wellbeing (live well). By treating the whole body, a person can be healthy, strong, and happy.
Vanessa has been teaching Pilates since 2014 after a back injury changed her focus from sports massage therapy to corrective exercise. She helps recreational runners, mothers, office workers, manual workers, grandfathers and young adults to stand tall, move with ease, relax and perform their tasks brilliantly.

Our Studio is based in Goring-on-Thames, and we regularly see clients from Streatley, Checkendon, Stoke Row, Shiplake, Henley-on-Thames, Wallingford, Goring Heath, Pangbourne, Sonning Common, Bix, Nettlebed, Nuffield, Woodcote and Caversham.
