All new students fill out the contact form for course prices and to book a space. There are no drop in classes except the free taster class. Each course at a hall or studio is bespoke, has a specific focus and progresses from easy to hard so you feel the improvement.

You will need a mat and head cushions for all classes except Friday at Studio One. All equipment is provided for the initial free taster session.
