Physical & Postural Assessement

All those new to pilates, or joining after physiotherapy for an injury need a pre-class assessment. By understanding your posture and how to make small tweaks to align the joints better, you will be able to do the exercises safely and effectively. By assessing your ability to perform specific exercises 1:1 you will have a greater awareness of how to move well in a group class. By learning the basics - alignment, breathing and centering, you will have the foundations for strengthening your body.

Please wear a fitted t-shirt and either exercise leggings or shorts to your assessment, a different colour top to bottoms. Hair ideally off your face and neck.

Please bring a towel or mat to your assessment at Goring-on-Thames.
