Service Description

The theme for this course is Knee Rehab. This is a short course to give you functional exercises to mobilise, stabilise and strengthen your knees. The focus is basic quad, hamstring, core and glute strengthening exercises and gentle knee mobility. As you progress balance and proprioception will be added into the mix. Ideal for anyone who enjoys walking, running or gardening and wants to be pain-free for life. This is a recent addition to my classes for newbies to pilates or those wanting to refresh their skills. We move at a slower speed to accommodate all levels in the class and conditions. You work to your own ability with different levels for each exercise so you feel challenged every class. The courses (4-8 weeks long) run throughout the year. You'll progress from Beginner level exercises Week 1 to Intermediate level every course, creating a safe and effective way of improving strength, stability and mobility. Whether you have a condition (low back pain, arthritis, hyper flexibility, post injury) or not you'll receive hands-on correction and modifications with only 8 in a class.
