Service Description
The theme for this course is Shoulder Rehab. The focus is shoulder pain prevention with mobility, stability and strength exercises for the whole body. This is a recent addition to my classes for newbies to pilates or those wanting to refresh their skills. We move at a slower speed to accommodate all levels in the class and conditions. You work to your own ability with different levels for each exercise so you feel challenged every class. There is an optional monthly coffee catch up at Pierreponts. The courses (4-8 weeks long) run throughout the year. You'll progress from Beginner level exercises Week 1 to Intermediate level every course, creating a safe and effective way of improving strength, stability and mobility. Whether you have a condition (low back pain, arthritis, hyper flexibility, post injury) or not you'll receive hands-on correction and modifications with only 8 in a class.
