Service Description
The theme for this course is Healthy Bones. This is a very functional and popular program which focuses on bone health, posture, strength, flexibility and balance. It will stimulate bone density in areas prone to fractures (hips, wrists, spine). It is safe for those diagnosed with osteoporosis or osteopenia. This class is a new beginner level class for men. It has attracted fit men over 60 who want to remain fit for life, address back niggles and improve flexibility. It will keep reinforcing the pilates foundations (posture, breathing and core activation). No pilates experience is necessary to join.
