Service Description
The theme for this course is Shoulder rehab. It'll teach you the basics to help prevent shoulder pain. Whole body strength, stability, and mobility. This class only runs during Term-Time and is attended by those wanting to squeeze in some exercise in a lunch break. Classes move at a faster pace. Ideal for anyone without conditions who want to improve strength, and mobility. You'll progress from Beginner level exercises Week 1 to Intermediate level every course, creating a safe and effective way of improving strength, balance and flexibility.
