Service Description
The theme for this course is Low Back Pain Prevention. It is ideal for anyone who has experienced sciatica or back stiffness or wants to move freely without worrying about your back. Gentle movements in the spine and strengthening exercises in Week 1 will build your confidence and reduce any fear of movement. The final class is challenging but achievable with the weekly progressions. Every week there will be a 10min abdominal challenge to improve your core stability and strength. This class only runs during Term-Time and is attended by those wanting to squeeze in some exercise in a lunch break. Classes move at a faster pace. Ideal for anyone without conditions who want to improve strength, and mobility. You'll progress from Beginner level exercises Week 1 to Intermediate level every course, creating a safe and effective way of improving strength, balance and flexibility.
