Service Description
The theme for this course is Knee Rehab. This is a short course to give you functional exercises to mobilise, stabilise and strengthen your knees. The focus is basic quad, hamstring, core and glute strengthening exercises and gentle knee mobility. As you progress balance and proprioception will be added into the mix. Ideal for anyone who enjoys walking, running or gardening and wants to be pain-free for life. This class only runs during Term-Time and is attended by those wanting to squeeze in some exercise in a lunch break. Classes move at a faster pace. Ideal for anyone without conditions who want to improve strength, and mobility. You'll progress from Beginner level exercises Week 1 to Intermediate level every course, creating a safe and effective way of improving strength, balance and flexibility.
