Service Description
This class is 30mins with a mix of different level exercises to challenge you, with a warm up in standing or, lying down, strength exercises for the whole body and a cool down. It requires a good understanding of the pilates foundations. Every week is a different routine. Some pilates experience is helpful but not essential. You'll be able to manage any conditions you have safely (low back pain, osteoporosis with a history of fractures, scoliosis, hyper flexibility). You have the option to have an online physical assessment 1:1 to check the pilates basics and for any exercise modifications. You'll never miss a class as you'll receive a weekly recording to practise the routine as many times as you like for 7 days! Great value for money.
