Service Description
The theme for this course is Low Back Pain Prevention. It is ideal for anyone who has experienced sciatica or back stiffness or wants to move freely without worrying about your back. Gentle movements in the spine and strengthening exercises in Week 1 will build your confidence and reduce any fear of movement. The final class is challenging but achievable with the weekly progressions. Every week there will be a 10min abdominal challenge to improve your core stability and strength. This class has a loyal attendance by regulars, is very welcoming and is aimed at those wanting to improve from the basics. You will be challenged just as much as the other classes! It is the morning wake up class to start your day feeling stronger, more supple and lengthened. There is an end of the month optional coffee catch up at Pierreponts in Goring. These courses (4-8 weeks long) run throughout the year with a different theme to make them fun, varied and challenging. You'll progress from Beginner level exercises Week 1 to Intermediate level every course, creating a safe and effective way of improving strength, balance and flexibility. Whether you have a condition (low back pain, arthritis, hyper flexibility, post injury) or not you'll receive hands-on correction and modifications with only 8 in a class.
