Service Description
The theme for this course is Low Back Pain Prevention. It is ideal for anyone who has experienced sciatica or back stiffness or wants to move freely without worrying about your back. Gentle movements in the spine and strengthening exercises in Week 1 will build your confidence and reduce any fear of movement. The final class is challenging but achievable with the weekly progressions. Every week there will be a 10min abdominal challenge to improve your core stability and strength. This class is a beginner level class for men. It has attracted fit men 50+ who want to remain fit for life, address back niggles and improve flexibility. It will keep reinforcing the pilates foundations (posture, breathing and core activation). No pilates experience is necessary to join.
