Service Description
The theme for this course is Healthy Hips. It is ideal for anyone with stiffness in their hips or low back, or for those recovering from hip injuries or surgery post physio. This course is designed to improve hip mobility through targeted exercises that improve range of movement at the hip joint. It will strengthen the muscles around the hip joint which will help prevent injuries and improve overall stability. This class is a beginner level class for men. It has attracted fit men 50+ who want to remain fit for life, address back niggles and improve flexibility. It will keep reinforcing the pilates foundations (posture, breathing and core activation). No pilates experience is necessary to join.
