Service Description

You will build on the pilates foundations - posture, breathing and core activation. Focus will be on whole body strength, stability, and mobility exercises. It is an ideal course for anyone with back issues, stiffness or who suffers from specific injuries related to poor posture causing neck, shoulder, hip or knee pain. You will stand taller, move better and be pain-free if you practise outside class! You'll be in a small group of a max of eight with plenty of hands-on attention to ensure you understand which muscles you're meant to be activating and how.
