Service Description
The theme for this course is Healthy Hips. It is ideal for anyone with stiffness in their hips or low back, or for those recovering from hip injuries or surgery post physio. This course is designed to improve hip mobility through targeted exercises that improve range of movement at the hip joint. It will strengthen the muscles around the hip joint which will help prevent injuries and improve overall stability. This class only runs during Term-Time and is attended by those wanting to squeeze in some exercise in a lunch break. Classes move at a faster pace. Ideal for anyone without conditions who want to improve strength, and mobility. You'll progress from Beginner level exercises Week 1 to Intermediate level every course, creating a safe and effective way of improving strength, balance and flexibility.
