Service Description

Monday class: for beginners, those who are rusty and returning to pilates after a long break or if you're experiencing back twinges or niggles. This class is 30mins with a warm up in standing or lying down, whole body strength exercises on the mat in all positions and a cool down. You’ll be guided at a slower pace to ensure you set yourself up correctly and engage your core. Different program every week & a recording to practise again and again!
