Service Description
You will learn the basics of pilates - starting with the foundations - posture, breathing and core activation. We will build on these weekly with whole body strength, stability, and mobility exercises. It is an ideal course for anyone with back issues, stiffness or who suffers from specific injuries related to poor posture causing neck, shoulder, hip or knee pain. You will stand taller, move better and be pain-free if you practise outside class! You'll be in a small group of six with plenty of hands-on attention to ensure you understand where you're feeling the exercise and how to achieve that.
