Service Description
This introductory course to Clinical Pilates will kick start an exercise regime to help prevent back pain. Benefits for all: - walk better with a good posture, putting less pressure on joints -better sports performance, and help prevent injuries -relax and de-stress with the breath focus - being more active will reduce aches and pains if you sit a lot You'll progress week by week, creating a safe and effective way of improving strength, balance and flexibility. Whether you have a condition (low back pain, arthritis, hyper flexibility, post injury) or not you'll receive hands-on correction and modifications with only 8 in a class.
